Saturday Morning Videos: Trinity College Dublin's 86 years experiment

Here is something I wish I had known when I interned at the Physics Department at Trinity College: The Pitch-Tar Drop experiment. Well, this week, a drop just fell:

From one of the comment: "...This experiment began in 1927.... This has been going on for 86 years and that is the 9th drop to ever fall. This drop is ASPHALT...."

Other long Running Experiments featured on Nuit Blanche over the years.
