Random Tweets

Out of my favorites tweets, four seem more relevant to some aspect of the discussions taking place here, here they are:

Boris Reuderink made me aware of sessions in BCI conferences that featured papers on BCI with no need for calibration. I did not know people were actually contemplating doing this. I like the sound of this path very much.

David at electronsandholes let me know of the June issue of Laser Focus World featuring a four page article on Compressive Sensing (and the cover). It starts on page 31 and features mostly the single pixel camera work in the SWIR and IR regime.

Finally, Suresh let us know he is in Paris, His presentations at the CG Learning Summer School at IHP just before SOCG2011 are listed below::
Suresh Venkatasubramanian, School of Computing at the University of Utah
Topic: The Geometry of Probability Distributions

The program for the learning school is here. The detailed program for SoCG 2011 is here. A second satellite event MASSIVE 2011 will take place right after SoCG2011. The program is here.
