Lecture Notes on Randomized Linear Algebra / Spectral Graph Methods by Michael Mahoney

Michael Mahoney just made available 188 pages of his lecture notes on Randomized Linear Algebra and 257 pages of his lecture notes on Spectral Graph Methods . These are lecture notes that are based on the lectures from a class Michael taught on the topic of Randomized Linear Algebra (RLA) at UC Berkeley during the Fall 2013 semester. The second lecture notes are based on the lectures from a class  Michael taught on the topic of Spectral Graph Methods at UC Berkeley during the Spring 2015 semester.
