David Brady and Ashwin Wagadarikar at the DISP lab at Duke University just released the experimental data associated with the Coded Aperture Snapshot Spectral Imager (CASSI). It's all here. From David Brady's blog, more information can be found in his new book, Optical Imaging and Spectroscopy, in particular:
....Coded aperture snapshot spectral imaging is discussed in section 10.6 of Optical Imaging and Spectroscopy and in several DISP publications. Code for 2D spatio-spectral slice estimation from simulated data is included in the chapter 10 figures....
This is outstanding. So let's see where we are right now:
- Rich Baraniuk and Marco Duarte at Rice had their experimental data from the single pixel camera here.
- David Brady and Ashwin Wagadarikar at Duke just made available the experimental data of the CASSI hyperspectral imager here.
- Andriyan Suksmono and his group at IT Bandung will soon be making available their experimental data from the Compressive Sensing Ground Penetrating Radar. He has already sent me non-CS GPR data.
- Ori Katz and the Ultrafast Optics group at Weizman will soon release some data they gathered with the Ghost Imaging experiment.
