SPARS'13 deadlines approaching soon ! #spars13

Volkan sent the following:
Dear Igor,

As you know, SPARS'13 will be at EPFL this year:

http://spars2013.epfl.ch

Since our abstract deadline is now quite close (January 15th), I would really appreciate it if you could feature SPARS'13 page & its deadline on Nuit Blanche
best,
Volkan
Volkan also tells me that the meeting will be recorded and the meeting has a twitter account: https://twitter.com/SPARS13EPFL. I can only assume the hashtag for the meeting will be #spars13.
Thanks Volkan !

The page of the meeting reads:

Welcome!

Please join us for SPARS 2013 in Lausanne, Switzerland
The Signal Processing with Adaptive Sparse Structured Representations SPARS workshop seeks novel ideas and results, both experimental and theoretical, for adaptive sparse representations, sampling and computational methods for high-dimensional data that feature structured combinatorial and geometric foundations.
SPARS 2013 will take place on the EPFL campus from July 8 to July 11, 2013 and we welcome you!
Topics of interest:
  • Sparse coding and representations, vector quantization, and dictionary learning
  • Sparse and low-rank approximation algorithms: performance and complexity analysis, new methodologies
  • Compressive sensing and learning: new theory and methods
  • Feature extraction, classification, detection, and source separation
  • Sparsity measures in approximation theory, information theory and statistics
  • Big data applications including but not limited to geophysics, neuroscience, biomedical imaging, array processing, genetics, optics and radar, and feedback control
